All appointments are booked online. This page explains our service hours, how the booking calendar works, and how to prepare for appointment day.
Holiday availability varies. The online booking calendar reflects real-time availability and automatically removes dates when we are closed or fully booked.
The online calendar shows available slots up to four weeks in advance. Each time slot represents a potential appointment window. Actual start time may shift slightly based on the day's routing, and we will notify you if your slot adjusts by more than 30 minutes.
Duration depends on your pet's size, coat type, and the service selected. Bath and Brush appointments typically run 60-90 minutes. Full Groom appointments range from 90 to 150 minutes. We schedule buffer time between appointments so we are never rushing.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting us via email or phone. We understand that plans change, and we work to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
The van needs a standard parking space near your home, ideally in the driveway or directly in front of the property. Street parking works fine in most neighborhoods.
A light meal about two hours before the appointment is ideal. A very full stomach can cause discomfort during bathing, while an empty stomach can make some pets anxious and restless.
A brief walk before the appointment gives your pet a chance to relieve themselves and burns off some pre-appointment energy. Calmer pets tend to have more comfortable grooming sessions.
If this is your first appointment with us, have your pet's vaccination records available. We may ask to confirm that vaccinations are current before the appointment begins.
