A. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Viyode Mejemu ("Company," "we," or "us"), governing your use of this website located at viyode-mejemu.info and your engagement of our mobile pet grooming services at 810 Sycamore St First Floor, Cincinnati, OH.

By accessing this website, submitting a booking request, or scheduling a grooming appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or book our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services in any capacity.

B. Description of Services

Viyode Mejemu provides mobile pet grooming services in Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding Hamilton County areas. Our services are performed inside a fully equipped grooming van that travels to the client's specified address. Services include, but are not limited to, bathing, blow-drying, brushing, coat trimming and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and optional add-on treatments.

All services are performed by trained personnel using professional grooming equipment. Service scope is as described in our current service menu, which is subject to change. Final service scope for any given appointment depends on the pet's coat condition, temperament, and any specific instructions provided at booking. We reserve the right to adjust service scope if circumstances encountered during the appointment make the originally booked service impractical or unsafe for the animal.

C. Booking and Appointments

Appointments are booked through our online booking form at viyode-mejemu.info/book-now.html. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Viyode Mejemu by email or telephone. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a booking request, including your name, contact details, service address, and accurate information about your pet's breed, size, and temperament. Providing inaccurate information may result in appointment cancellation or additional service charges if the actual service requirements differ materially from what was indicated at booking.

D. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Viyode Mejemu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, vehicle maintenance requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and will prioritize rescheduling your appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time. No cancellation fee will be charged to the client in such circumstances.

E. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a client, you represent that you are the legal owner of, or have legal authority to authorize grooming services for, the pet presented for grooming. You represent that your pet's vaccinations are current and that your pet has not been exposed to any contagious illness within 30 days prior to the appointment. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to disclose any known health conditions, behavioral issues, bite history, or sensitivities that may affect the grooming process.

You agree to ensure that a parking space is available for the grooming van at or near your service address at the time of the scheduled appointment. You agree to be available or to designate a responsible adult to be present at the property for the duration of the appointment to receive the pet upon completion of the groom.

F. Service Conditions

Viyode Mejemu reserves the right to stop or modify a grooming service if the groomer determines that continuing poses a risk to the pet's welfare or to the safety of our staff. This includes situations where a pet displays significant distress, aggression, or a previously undisclosed medical condition becomes apparent during the groom. In such cases, the client will be notified immediately, and a partial charge may apply for services completed up to the point of stopping.

Older pets, pets with pre-existing health conditions, and pets with matted coats may experience additional stress during grooming. We take reasonable precautions, but we are not liable for stress-related complications arising from pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at the time of booking. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before scheduling grooming for pets with known health conditions.

G. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viyode Mejemu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific appointment to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ohio or US federal law. Our services are provided as described and we make no representations beyond what is stated on this website.

H. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service bookings. You agree not to use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its function, or that violates any applicable law or regulation. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its associated systems.

We reserve the right to restrict access to parts of this website or to the entire website at any time and without notice. The content of this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we aim to keep information current, we do not warrant that all content is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

Continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We may also modify our service offerings, pricing, and availability at any time. Current service details are always available on our website. Modifications to service details do not affect the Terms applicable to already-confirmed appointments unless we notify you otherwise.
